RightsReady | Effective date: March 25, 2026
RightsReady is designed with your privacy as a default. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
RightsReady does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any account credentials.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not monitor how you use the app.
Any data you create within RightsReady — including:
— is saved exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Core app functionality works entirely offline. No internet connection is required to access rights information, bookmarks, or incident logs.
RightsReady includes an optional AI-powered search feature. If you use this feature, your search query is sent to the Anthropic API to generate a response. No other information is included with that request. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API inputs.
This feature can be ignored or left unused — it is not required for any core functionality.
RightsReady does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, COPPA obligations do not apply.
If this policy changes, an updated version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date.
